What information do we collect?

Much of the information we collect from users goes into state certificates, including names, birthdays, and gender.

Opting Out

Should you wish to opt out of all email communications from us, you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. It may take up to ten (10) business days for us to process your request. Please note that we may still send you important communications regarding your account, payment transactions, administrative announcements and security notices.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

If you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you may disable them in your phone’s settings under Notifications.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register on our website or services, which are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals and handle all user information consistent with our Terms and Conditions, and this Privacy Policy.
